For Match Directors
ELR Nordic League is designed to work with existing matches and organizers.
Principle
Standardize the documentation of results – not the organizers.
The goal is not to make every Nordic ELR competition identical.
Different terrain, target environments, local conditions and organizer experience are part of the sport.
The Match Director remains responsible for the competition, safety, range and local organization.
ELR Nordic League’s role begins where the result needs to be documented, verified and included in the common Nordic result system.
Basic format
Source material that supports verification
A match follows a common basic format that allows the result to be verified and compared.
This normally includes:
- six official targets
- six shots at each target
- targets engaged from shortest to longest
- three minutes per target
- documented and verified target distances
- documented target shape and dimensions
- recording each shooter’s hit sequence
- sufficient source material for the result and VPS to be reviewed afterwards

Workflow
Match Day file and submission
ELR Nordic League provides a prepared Match Day file.
The Match Director enters participants and recorded hits while the locked calculation structure manages the common result format.
The complete match package should normally be submitted within seven days of the competition.
If an error is discovered after publication, a correction can be submitted. Corrections are normally handled within 14 days.
